And just like that, it was gone | Performance Installation

This performance utilised lo-fi and everyday digital and analogue technologies to create an installation that attempted to capture the past, the present and the future of a performers archive.

And just like that, it was gone as a title, was in reference to the fact that the original show that I had devised was ‘stolen’ when the computer that had my work saved was stolen with 24 hours to go until showtime. As the work was about my own personal archive as a performer, the fact the work was lost, felt particularly poignant.

The installation had live feed, pre-recorded video projection, an analogue radio and a live blog feed and was part improvisation and audience-led and part choreographed.
